GARMENT PRINTING

Our printing service is rather special to us as it is a bit different to most. The process of printing that we use is called transfer printing, this is a lot different to what you would get from most printing companies as you would normally get screen printing. Transfer printing has a lot of benefits such as, no minimum orders required, will last a lot longer, quicker, no setup charges and so on. This is type of print that you would find on professional football shirts, this is preferred by the schools, business and clubs that we deal with due to its low cost and durability.

So how does printing work?

First it is setup as a cuttable file on the computer, it is then sent to a cutting machine where it is cut into sheet vinyl, it is then weeded to remove excess vinyl, it is then placed onto the t-shirt and pressed using a heat press which is set at high temperatures.
