Embroidery is our main focus within the business being the starting area of the business. Within embroidery there are two main areas.

Digitising

Digitising is the first stage within embroidery. This is the stage where the file provided by you the customer or designed by our in house designer is made into a file that is recognised by the embroidery machines, this job varies in time depending on the details of the design, this can take anywhere from 5 mins to 3 hours. Many companies charge a fee for the setup of this file but we don't, we have our own in house digitising department and we believe that if we keep the prices low the first time and every time you will return to us time and again.

Embroidery

Each garment that is to be embroidered is first framed by hand with what we call an embroidery hoop/frame, it is then put onto the machine and set to work using the embroidery file created earlier on.

We run two state of the art embroidery machines by Brother. These are serviced and maintained on a regular basis to allow the best quality each and every time.

Embroidery Pricing

The pricing of embroidery is based per stitch so until we get your logo digitised we can not give you an accurate price although our digitisers will happily give you a rough estimate based on similar designs to give you an idea of what sort of price you are looking at.
